form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it
constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Bristol Bay Micro reserves the right at any
time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Bristol Bay Micro also reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without
prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders
placed over $2,000.00 (
U.S. ) must
obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of
payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require
additional verifications or information
before accepting any

Terms and Conditions of Sale
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF SALE VERY CAREFULLY.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL,
therefore, please be sure to order correctly. We generally do
not accept returns other than as provided for in our Limited
Warranty below. If we do agree to accept certain items for
return, a 25% restocking fee may apply. Any shortages or
incorrect items received must be reported within five (5) days
of receipt.

Return policy and limited warranty against
defects
Bristol Bay Micro’s
30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that
provides for replacement (at our
sole discretion) of goods or software that has been confirmed as defective by either the
manufacturer or Bristol Bay Micro. Due
to licensing and copyright laws,
we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened.
Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only
according to Bristol Bay Micro’s
limited 30 day warranty described above. Terms and conditions may vary by product or
manufacturer. Bristol Bay Micro will assist customers whenever possible in
gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance
or to exchange a defective

Products returned for exchange must be in new condition,
original packaging and include all disks, registration cards,
packing materials and other accessories and be received within
30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for
return or charge a restocking fee of up to 25% for damaged or
incomplete returns.
Shipping charges are not refundable under any
circumstances.
Warranty Repair Information
If your product
develops a defect after 30 days, the manufacturers warranty will
apply. We make no express or implied warranty as to such goods.
Your remedies for defects of goods are subject to any
limitations contained in the manufacturers terms and conditions
and the provisions of the manufacturers warranty. Most
warranties are available on the respective manufacturers’
website, or are available from us upon request. We try to
include accurate and relevant manufacturers warranty information
on each product page; however the manufacturers warranty will
always apply.

All credit card transactions on Bristol Bay Micro.com will
be processed by PayPal. Customers may be
required to open a free PayPal account for address
verification as Bristol Bay Micro will only ship goods to
addresses that are verified by PayPal unless we are familiar
with our customers. Many buyers prefer PayPal as
it provides a secure method of payment that protects
against fraud.

Bristol Bay Micro, LLC also accepts payment in the
traditional fashion.
If you wish to pay by check* or some other means, please use
our website cart for your order and simply click the "email"
option of payment during checkout. No financial transaction
will take place and we will simply receive your order via
email at which time we will contact you regarding payment.

Most items will be drop-shipped to you from our distributors.
However, whenever possible, we will use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to provide
efficient and timely shipping on most all packages that meet
USPS acceptance rules for delivery. Delivery usually takes 4 to
6 business days to most U.S. locations. We also ship to PO
Boxes/APO/Alaska/ and Hawaii via USPS shipping.
Most of our products will ship within two
days with the advertised price, but there will be exceptions. Because of market fluctuations,
products may not always be in stock or available. We will do our
best to update you as to current availability and estimated
arrival dates. Some items may require a few extra days to get to
the warehouse before they can be shipped to you.
If that is your case, please be patient, our price is worth it.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an
incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or
an error in pricing or
product information received from our suppliers, Bristol Bay Micro shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. Bristol Bay Micro shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit
card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bristol
Bay Micro shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the
amount of the charge.
Rebate
Coupons
Rebate coupon redemptions are limited to
ONE PER ADDRESS only, unless otherwise noted.
Warranty Limitations
There are no other express warranties or
conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the
duration of the express warranty provided herein.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bristol Bay Micro or
any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business
